Abstract
ABSTRACT Since the Sixties counterurbanization has been very important around Poitiers; The extension has been lower during the Eighties but the « communes » previously counterurbanized have kept growing and becoming younger. The changes in lifestyle have induced problems of neighbourhood between the former inhabitants and the new ones. As the structure of shops and services has been changing the use of local facilities are varyable and changing according to the social categories.
