Abstract

This work aims to analyze the cultural pedagogies present in cartoons, comic strips and images present in the Brazilian Lesbian Press of the 1980s, more specifically in the ChanaComChana newsletters. Through the qualitative content analysis and the reading of images that constitute this cultural artifact, we seek to elucidate how ChanaComChana served as a space to build new knowledge and resignification about lesbian performativity.
