Abstract
Transcatheter aortic valve implantation is considered as an appropriate alternative to surgical valve replacement in patients with severe symptomatic aortic valve stenosis at moderate to high perioperative risk. There have also been case reports and patient series using TAVI system in patients with predominant or pure symptomatic aortic regurgitation. We report a case of a patient with symptomatic combined aortic valve disease that was successfully treated with selfexpandable Portico system despite extremely elliptical annulus.
