Abstract
Objective: Certain risk factors have been suggested as predisposing patients with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) to chemotherapy resistance: WHO score of 4–6 and initial b-hCG>100,000 for low-risk and stage IV disease and WHO score>12 for high-risk patients. Our objective was to review these risk factors in patients requiring chemotherapy for treatment of GTN.
