Abstract

Along with the global economic integration, the enterprises around the world have flocked to enter the Chinese market. Because of different national culture, foreign managers in China face the challenge of human resource management, they found that Western advanced method of human resource management in China is not very works, some methods even have a serious negative impact. How to solve the Chinese human resource management challenges from cultural differences? This paper analysis the influences of cultural differences in the human resources management, and puts forward some useful Suggestions.
