Abstract
LED is the dominant technology used in full-color outdoor display panels. However, until recently, there has not been wide spread usage of this technology for similar indoor applications because of the availability of other competing technologies. This paper examines some of the design considerations and trade-off’s facing the designer of indoor LED-based display signs.
