Abstract

Foreign Body (FB) ingestion is common in pediatric population. Curious nature and tendency to put objects in mouth are the key factors for its higher prevalence among them. Most of the ingested foreign bodies pass through the entire alimentary tract uneventful; however some require surgical interventions for its removal.
