Abstract

Concerning of challenges of building a rational salary system in China′s public hospitals, the paper focused on analysis of hospital revenue sources, total salary control, inequalities in pay, financial objectives assessment by the government, and hospital board salary rationalization. The efforts aim to provide decision support for the government to rationalize the salary system in public hospitals in China. Key words: Hospitals, public; Salary; Challenges; Analysis
