Abstract
The era of big data has been fully opened, which has brought great changes in the development of information technology, and has a profound impact on all aspects of social production and people's life. This paper first analyzes the subversive impact of big data on human beings. On this basis, it analyzes that the two main bodies of the society, the government and enterprises, are facing unprecedented challenges in realizing the sharing of big data. Based on the research and practical experience of the achievements of the academic circle, this paper makes a specific analysis of the specific challenges it faces, and gives some relatively operable countermeasures.
