Red and white oral lesions in the patients could be diagnosed as oral lichen planus (OLP), oral lichenoid drug reaction (OLDR), OLP/ Lupus erythematosus (LE), immune complex mediated disease, chronic ulcerative stomatitis-like diseases (CUS-like diseases) and etc. [2,3]
