Abstract
ABSTRACT In this paper, we analyzed the development of the wind energy industry in China, and we constructed the CGE model for the country’s wind power industry. We used the CES production function and trade function to describe the demand and distribution of the country’s production and product. We used the GAMS software to analyze the impact of wind power policies on the wind power industry and social economy. We also constructed a static CGE-LHR model for the purpose of this research. We obtained the results of our simulation using the CGE model on the effect of energy taxes and subsidies on the development of the wind power industry. We gave our recommendations for the future development of the country’s wind power industry at the end of our paper.
