Abstract

The results of a numerical study of heat transfer and hydraulic resistance in mini-channels located on a flat base of a developed surface are presented. The study was performed using CFD modeling methods. Verification of simulation results with calculated data obtained by well-known engineering methods for calculating the thermal-hydraulic characteristics of developed surfaces was carried out. The results of the study can be used to assess the intensification of heat transfer and flow analysis to use such a surface for cooling electronic and microprocessor technology.
