Abstract
This article outlines the main guidelines of the European Society of Anesthesiologists for Perioperative Venous Thromboembolism Prevention and the basic guidelines of the Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology (SOAP) for Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean (ERAC). The search for effective methods of recovery after caesarean section, the desire to reduce the risks of postoperative complications, to shorten the length of the hospital stay led us to the introduction of the modern concept of rapid recovery. The concept of Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean is already used in the “Leleka” maternity hospital. The positive results of the implementation of the ERAC concept in obstetric practice make it necessary to modernize the traditional approach to the postoperative period.

У нашому медичному закладі до профілактичних заходів тромбопрофілактики належать: рекомендації щодо фізичних вправ для ранньої мобілізації нижніх кінцівок і раннє вставання; забезпечення адекватної гідратації і раннього початку прийому їжі; тромбопрофілактика еноксапарином натрію (Фленокс) – починається не пізніше ніж через 8 годин після кесаревого розтину
Прийнятий у пологовому будинку протокол тромбопрофілактики і лікування, в першу чергу на основі використання еноксапарину (Фленокс), на даний момент дозволяє уникнути післяпологових та післяопераційних венозних тромбоемболічних ускладнень
Summary
Тромбопрофілактика після кесаревого розтину в контексті сучасної концепції швидкого відновлення ERAC У даній статті наведено основні рекомендації Європейського товариства анестезіологів з періопераційної профілактики венозної тромбоемболії й основні рекомендації Товариства акушерської анестезіології та перинатології (SOAP) для швидкого відновлення після кесаревого розтину (ERAC) [1]. Пошуки ефективних методів відновлення після кесаревого розтину, прагнення знизити ризики післяопераційних ускладнень, скоротити терміни перебування в стаціонарі привели нас до впровадження сучасної концепції швидкого відновлення.
