Abstract
<h3>Study Objective</h3> To demonstrate an innovative technique utilizing temporary vascular clips during cesarean scar pregnancy resection. <h3>Design</h3> Case Report. <h3>Setting</h3> Operating room, dorsal lithotomy. <h3>Patients or Participants</h3> Patient presented with cesarean scar pregnancy on ultrasound. <h3>Interventions</h3> Laparoscopic resection of cesarean scar pregnancy with isthmocele repair. Temporary application of vascular clips. <h3>Measurements and Main Results</h3> Estimated blood loss 150. Successful removal of cesarean scar pregnancy, isthmocele repair. <h3>Conclusion</h3> Temporary vascular clips can be used to successfully minimize blood loss during cesarean scar pregnancy excision.
