Abstract

Neck is a common site for the appearance of cystic masses. Although cervical thymic cyst is a rare lesion it should be included in the differential diagnosis. Because of the rarity of “clinically significant” remanants of thymus in neck, the two cases of benign cervical thymic cyst have been discussed in the present article.
