Abstract

A case of Salmonella oranienburg cervical spondylitis in a sixty-seven-year-old diabetic woman is reported. The type-specific organism was cultured from the blood, stool, and material aspirated from the bone lesion. Non-operative treatment was judged satisfactory as based on a two year follow-up.
