Abstract
Objective: to promote women's health in the municipality of Cáceres-MT, through clinical consultation and collection of Papanicolau exam. Method: experience report about a joint effort due to "Março Lilás" for the collection of conventional cervical-vaginal cytopathological examination in March 2023. Results: 53 women between the ages of 18 and 55 participated in the study. Health education lectures were held before the preventive examination, through which topics such as early diagnosis and prevention of cervical cancer were discussed. Conclusion: through the action, the women assisted had access to secondary prevention of cervical cancer, demonstrating the importance of collective actions in health for the early screening of potential cases of the disease.
