Abstract

The remote non-contact monitoring systems of the management operators current psycho-emotional and functional state are currently the most effective tool for ensuring hazardous objects reliable trouble-free operation. The purpose of the work is to formalize the technological route for certification of such systems. It is shown that the monitoring systems under consideration are classified as “Medical products”. The lawful use of such systems requires the implementation of conformity assessment procedures, state registration, licensing, and maintenance. The most time consuming procedure is the conformity assessment. It should be carried out in the form of technical tests with subsequent inclusion in the state register of medical devices. To minimize the amount of work, it is proposed to conduct semi-real and model tests using a unified database. The realization of this certification route will significantly simplify and accelerate the introduction of new innovative monitoring technologies.
