Abstract
Work on the metrological certification of installations for checking tensoresistors has been carried out since 1979. According to the data of territorial departments of Gosstandartof the USSR and other organizations, more than one hundred such installations are in operation at present; they are used as means of checking tensoresistors (MCT). All the MCT belong to the nonstandardized means of measurement (MM); therefore an indispensable condition of ensuring unity of measurements is their primary certification and periodic checks whether they fulfill the requirements of the government checking arrangement for MM of deformation [i].
