Abstract

To the question that the transmission bandwidth is limited but requires to sign efficiently and safely, a new certificate less blind sign cryption scheme with partial message recovery is proposed in this article based on the exiting certificate less based blind sign cryption scheme and identify-based signature scheme with partial message recovery. This scheme can track KGC dishonest behavior. Adopted to shorten the total length of the message and its signature, and accomplish signature's authentication and confidentiality within a reasonable step. As a result, in bandwidth constrained environments, it can complete the signature safely, efficiently and accurately.
