Abstract

AbstractIt is shown that if in a semiconductor placed into strong parallel electric and magnetic fields the spin splitting energy in magnetic field is close to the energy of a Wannier‐Stark ladder step in an electric field, the high‐frequency field energy absorption occurs at two frequencies instead of one as in absence of an electric field.
