Abstract

A case of bilateral cerebrovascular accidents in a patient with anorexia nervosa is presented. This is the first such case to be reported in the literature. The neurological complications of anorexia nervosa are reviewed. This case highlights the potential seriousness of mitral valve prolapse in anorexia nervosa.
