AbstractWhile wood (primarily oak) and stainless steel are the primary materials for winemaking, clayware ceramics and concrete are significant alternatives for both the increasingly popular natural wine movement in which traditional, even ancient, winemaking techniques are practiced, as well as contemporary winemaking technology in general.
