Abstract

Ceramic honeycomb-like structure is a special porous structure of the material, because of its porous and regular arrangement of the structure, it has many special applications in different fields. In this paper, a pierced ceramic structure alumina film was fabricated on the surface of aluminum foil by two-step anodic oxidation method under the condition of mixed acid of oxalic acid and phosphoric acid, and then silane inhibitor of corrosion corrosion was added into the alumina film. The physico-chemical properties of such a thin inhibitor carrier film were characterized. The results show that the ceramic honeycomb-like alumina film can be used as good carrier of corrosion inhibitors, and bring the effective inhibition effect.
