Abstract
Literature review of refractories used for the production of ceramic foam filters is carried out, on the basis of which ceramic foam filters are made from combination of three different compositions of refractory suspensions, the physical and mechanical properties of the obtained filters are studied. It is found that filters with the composition 85 % Al2O3 + 15 % ТiO2 and 85 % Al2O3 + 15 % ZrO2•SiO2 have higher strength properties in comparison with other samples.
