Abstract

In this study, supplier concentration is the independent variable, innovation performance is the dependent variable, dynamic capability is the mediator variable, and CEO overseas experience and financial experience serve as two moderating variables. It aims to reveal the complex relationship between supplier concentration, dynamic capabilities, CEO overseas experience, CEO financial experience, and innovation performance. The study aims to establish a core conceptual framework through demographic variables such as engaged industry, length of service, and CEO education. This study found: There is a significant positive relationship between supplier concentration and innovation performance, and supplier concentration positively contributes to innovation performance. Dynamic capability mediates the relationship between supplier concentration and innovation performance. The CEO's overseas experience does not significantly moderate the relationship between supplier concentration and dynamic capability. The CEO's financial experience does not significantly moderate the relationship between dynamic capability and innovation performance. relationship.
