Abstract

Central odontogenic fibroma is a rare odontogenic neoplasm whose classification has been actively discussed, although few cases have been described in the literature. This article presents a case report of a central odontogenic fibroma discovered in a routine radiographic examination of the jaws of a female patient, 45 years old. The lesion was enucleated and the site was followed for 5 years without any sign of lesion recurrence.
