Abstract

AbstractThe presence of dural lymphatic vessels has finally been unveiled. This route supplies not only the conduit to discard unnecessary macromolecules from the interstitial fluid of the brain, but also a novel pathway of mononuclear cell egress into the central nervous system parenchyma without breaking the blood–brain barrier.
