Abstract
Limestones belonging to the Cenomanian Odukpani formation are exposed in southeastern Nigeria, and in them a new species of foraminifer, Trocholina odukpaniensis, as well as fragments of algae and mollusk shells, are preserved as calcite casts. Revision of published material necessitates a new diagnosis of the genus.
