Abstract
Pollen protoplasts isolated from cold-pretreated uninucleate pollen of Hemerocallis fulva were cultured in K3 basic medium with various supplements. Cell divisions leading to the formation of multicellular clusters were induced. Microscopic observations revealed that there were equal and unequal first division and subsequent growth resulting in great divergence of the products.
