Abstract

Sepsis is caused by infection with systemic inflammatory response syndrome, which is a major problem in the pediatric critical care medicine with high mortality.The related research indicates that under certain circumstances, inhibition of autophagy can trigger apoptosis, and upregulation of autophagy protects against the onset of apoptosis, which is a way of protection.At present, there are few studies on the relation between cell autophagy and spesis.In this article, the autophagy occurs in sepsis and the mechanism were reviewed.
