Abstract

Problemstellung: Celiac artery (CA) compression syndrome(CACS) (Arcuate ligament syndrome, Dunbar syndrome) is rarely diagnosed in the preadult age group. In a prospective single center study we found a surprisingly high prevalence of this disease among children and adolescents and an unexpected broad spectrum of symptoms not typically related to this entity before.
