Abstract
Celiac artery aneurysms (CAA) make up about 4% of visceral artery aneurysms and less than 0.01% of all aneurysms. Owing to the natural anatomy of the celiac plexus, CAA are prone to diverse morphologies. The progression of vascular surgery has made this disease more treatable and while some have proposed morphological descriptions of CAA, their sample sizes are inadequate to catalog the complexity of this disease. The purpose of this review was to develop a epidemiological description for the morphology of CAA and the common treatments pursued.
