Celiac Aneurysm With the Arc of Buhler Treated by a Sutureless Anastomotic Device and the Integration of Cinematic Rendering into Surgical Planning

Abstract

In this video, we present the management of a celiac aneurysm, a rare condition, that had also presented as an anatomic variant. We used a novel three-dimensional imaging technique for preoperative planning. During open management of this case, we used a sutureless anastomotic device to avoid aortic cross-clamping.
