Abstract

Symmetrical drug-related intertriginous and flexural exanthema (SDRIFE) is a nonimmediate, T-cell–mediated hypersensitivity drug reaction, characterized by symmetrical erythema involving the gluteal and intertriginous areas without systemic involvement. It occurs after systemic administration of a drug in an individual with/without prior sensitization.1 We report a case of celecoxib-induced bullous SDRIFE. Informed consent was obtained from the patient to publish the case report along with accompanying images.
