Abstract
The Nursery in Belong, set within the Belong care village in Chester is the first fully integrated nursery within a care setting in the North West, operated by the national charity Ready Generations. Sue Egersdorff, founder of Ready Generations provides an update on the innovative setup as it celebrates its first birthday, sharing what has been learnt along the way, the impact the initiative has had on the children and adults involved, and how settings can incorporate intergenerational approaches into their practice.
