Abstract
The deadline for submitting a proposal for the National Science Foundation's Coupling, Energetics, and Dynamics of Atmospheric Regions (CEDAR) initiative is November 1, 1990. This year, according to the CEDAR steering committee, the deadline is firm!The CEDAR program is a broad‐based community‐initiated program to link the various regions of the upper atmosphere (above about 70 km) in terms of coupling, energetics, and dynamics on regional and global scales.
