Abstract
New data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggests that following two consecutive years of decline in suicide rates, the rates are increasing, and nearly returning to a 2018 peak. The CDC also noted that their findings underscored disparities in the nationwide rise in suicides.
