Abstract

Immune checkpoint inhibitors are increasingly associated with central nervous system complications, and clinical presentation may resemble that of classical paraneoplastic syndromes. Several immune-mediated cerebellar syndromes have been reported in this context, and histological study is now needed to reveal immunological mechanisms and determine whether these are similar to paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration.
