Abstract

Persistent and recurrent inflammation in airway mucosa plays a central role in allergic airway diseases. However, our knowledge is limited regarding the mechanisms that explain development and maintenance of immunologic memory in the lungs. The goal of this project was to fill this gap by using mouse models.
