Abstract
Objective To observe CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells'level in peripheral blood of patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia and explore its clinical value. Methods Coagulated blood was collected from 4 groups people, including 47 ALL patients before chemotherapy,13 ALL patients with complete remission after chemotherapy,9 ALL patients without remission and 20 cases of healthy control.CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T ceils in peripheral blood were detected using flow cytometry. Results CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells'level in peripheral blood of ALL patients before chemotherapy, complete remission, without remission after chemotherapy and healthy control was (5.78 ±2.42)% 、(4.39 ± 1.75)% 、(6.76 ±2.57)% 和(3.90 ±0.79)% respectively.CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells' level of ALL patients before chemotherapy and without remission after chemotherapy was higher than that of healthy control( P =0.001,P =0.000).There was no significant difference between ALL patients with complete remission after chemotherapy and healthy control( P =0.130).Before and After chemotherapy,Whether remission or not,CD4+ CD25 + regulatory T cells'level had not the obviousdifference( P =0.058,P =0.278 ).But patients with complete remission was lower than whom without remission(p =0.018).Conclusions CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells' High-expression in peripheral blood of ALL patients is probably important in ALL immunological suppression. To a certain extent,it is valuable to assess healing effect and decide prognosis of ALL. Key words: acute lymphocytic leukemia; CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cell ; flow cytometry
