Abstract

We previously reported that two distinct T cell subsets (CD4+ and CD8+CD60+) and IL-4, IFN alpha, and IFN gamma, but not IL-13, were required for human ragweed specific memory IgE responses. Nevertheless, the exact subsets producing these cytokines and their numbers are unknown, as are the numbers of C3a+ or C5a+ receptor T cells expressing IL-4.
