Abstract

Stem cells isolated from several adult human tissues are reported to be a promising tool for regenerative medicine. Recently, we have isolated CD34, CD73-double positive and highly proliferative and potent testis-derived stem cells (HTSCs) from human adult testis tissues and analyzed their differentiation potency to various lineages for autologous cell therapy.
