Abstract

95% CI [0.9655-7.192]). Graft survival was significantly lower in the ECD group than in the IKG group (p1⁄4 0.003, HR: 3.773, 95% CI [1.540-9.240]). CONCLUSIONS: Transplantation with ECD grafts was associated with an increased incidence of surgical complications and a reduced graft survival. However, with a 5-year survival of 88.7 % for ECD, it remains an interesting alternative for selected patients given the organ shortage.
