Abstract
The study investigated factors affecting the quality of business registration services in Can Tho city. Based on a sample of 120 enterprises, the results from exploratory factor analysis and linear regression methods showed that seven factors impacting the quality of business registration services included empathy, service capabilities, reliability, responsiveness, tangibility, attitude, and transparence and accountability. This study provides policy implications, which may be a good reference for policy makers and service consultants to perform the administrative reform better as well as to enhance the quality of public administrative services in the future.
