Abstract

教練的訓練行為是影響訓練成效的重要因素之一,因此從事教練訓練行為的研究有其必要性,而系統觀察法的採用,則對瞭解教練訓練行為的樣貌和數量資訊,有其頗佳之成效。本文採文獻分析法,針對教練訓練行為記錄格式(Coaching Behavior Recording Form, CBRF)此項系統觀察工具進行考察,並評析其優缺點。經考察後發現,比工具經多年發展修訂,可客觀地蒐集教練訓練行為的描述性統計資料,對訓練行為可提供清楚的概略面貌,同時可比較不同變項間的行為差異。另經評析後發現,此工具屬於使用複雜程度較低、類目定義清楚、新手較易上手、適用於團隊運動項目教練行為之觀察、具備使用在教師及教練行為觀察之潛能、可比較不同時段及段落之教練行為等特點,然而為因應模組化訓練課程,其行為類目仍有修訂及擴增之空間,使用時亦需注意文化差異問題。
