Causes analysis and prevention and treatment strategies of iatrogenic bile duct injury

Abstract

Objective To summarize the causes of iatrogenic bile duct injury,and make relevant control strategies. Methods The injury causes of 55 patients with iatrogenic bile duct injury were analyzed,and specific prevention and treatment strategies were made. Results The excellent and good rate was 78. 18% of primary repairment,50. 00% of secondary repairment,33. 33% of third repairment. The overall excellent and good rate of repairment was 92. 73%. The causes of patients with iatrogenic bile duct injury including anatomical variation,pathology and operation,et al. Conclusions According to the condition of the patients,and in strict accordance with the relevant operational requirements,so as to prevent the occurrence of iatrogenic bile duct injury.
