Abstract
AbstractThe synthesis of 1‐benzoxepines from 2‐aroylmethoxyarylboronic acids and alkynes in the presence of a catalytic amount of [Pd(dppp)(H2O)2]2+(TfO−)2 was developed. This [5+2] annulation involves the intramolecular nucleophilic addition of a vinylpalladium species to ketones.
