Abstract

Tumor Therapy In article number 2104779, Meng Zheng, Bingyang Shi, and co-workers develop a kind of polymeric siRNA micelle as an effective drug-delivery platform and potent RNAi nanomedicine for glioblastoma therapy. The siRNA micelles are capable of traversing the blood–brain barrier via transcytosis mediated by scavenger receptors, to subsequently target a brain tumor and then exert potent RNAi therapy or RNAi-Chemo synergistic therapy.
