Abstract
The technique of transfemoral catheter cerebral angiography in children has been described on the basis of 67 examinations performed on 62 patients of paediatric age group. Relative ease and safety of this procedure has been emphasized as well as other advantages over alternative methods. This technique is the best and safest method for obtaining constantly reliable cerebral angiograms in children.
